Sara Shaffer

Sara's instruction will provide you with an opportunity to loosen up and build awareness. You'll have a chance to try hard things, and cultivate gratitude for what your body can do in the present moment. She encourages students to meet themselves where they currently are, explore new ranges of motion, support movement with breath, and view vulnerability as a mark of humanity. She believes blocks make everything better and that the growth process can be fun! Through instruction, Sara hopes to give back to her community all of the wisdom and love it has shown her. Sara is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and holds an additional 100-hour certification in Rocket Yoga through the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga School. Sara is forever a student. She loves to travel and always has a yoga mat in her suitcase.
