Liz Trabucco

Liz completed her 200-hour kundalini yoga teacher training at the Guru Ram Das Ashram in San Francisco, CA in 2019. In addition to teaching yoga, Liz is a licensed social worker and works as a psychotherapist with a passion for integrating yogic principals and contemporary psychology. Liz draws inspiration for her classes from kundalini yoga and the latest evidence-based practices for regulating the nervous system, weaving these together with the spirit of bhakti yoga. Liz’s classes include rhythmic movement, dynamic breathing, chanting, and meditation to regulate the nervous system and support expanded states of awareness. Each class is an invitation to create safety in the body, still the mind, open the heart, and remember who you really are.
